How you experience your birth is hugely significant. It is a story you carry for life, and you deserve it to be one of triumph, joy, and magic. You deserve to cross the threshold into parenthood feeling loved and supported. You deserve to be doulaed.

As a doula I offer support in a variety of ways, but my focus is always on relationship. On being an anchor and a constant throughout your journey, so that you always have someone who is 'team you'.
Coming together in circle the way women have always done can feel deeply nourishing in pregnancy and postpartum.
These circles are a space free from noise, judgement, and hierarchy. A space where you are welcome exactly as you are.

The circles are also a beautiful way to build community - to find others who are at a similar stage of life and start to make connections.

Circles are held in the glorious wellness yurt at Gullivers Farm Shop and Kitchens in West Moors. The first circle is always free.
I’m only 6 weeks into working with Lucy (4 weeks till we’re due) I already feel like Lucy is my birth oracle and safety keeper. She is getting to know me on a level that no one has ever taken the time to do in such a short time. Lucy can already think about what I might be thinking which is exactly the kind of birth support I wanted. Someone firmly in my corner. I know whatever happens in my home birth plans and during birth, Lucy will have my absolute priorities nailed.

I could not think of a more encouraging, inclusive and passionate person to be delivering the course.
She is so friendly and approachable and puts me at ease every time I talk to her about anything relating to birth, breastfeeding and beyond.
The main thing I really found valuable was the empowerment I felt – knowing everything about my labour, birth and baby is MY choice and I don’t just have to go with everything offered or suggested to me.
Lucy was truly fantastic – she made me feel so at ease, supported and reassured. She’s clearly really knowledgeable. She’s really down to earth, realistic and open-minded and I never felt judged or pressured for stating certain preferences or making any particular choices.
